We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Project Manager to join our Compliance Transformation Project Management team. This role is located in either Pittsburgh, PA or Lake Mary, FL - HYBRID .

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

• Leads a wide array of activities associated with project planning and management to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget and to client specifications.
• Contributes and Influences project relations to ensure that service expectations are developed and met. Maintains regular contact with clients and coordinates and reports on project progress and accomplishments.
• Drives organizational strategy
• Aligns strategic and operational goals to committed deliverables and timelines
• Finds and acts on opportunities for continuous process improvements

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in business management or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and/or Prince2 certification is a plus.
• 10 – 11 years of work experience with 6 - 8 years of related program and/or project management experience required
• Financial Services, Risk or Compliance background and/or experience with market abuse surveillance (e-comm, voice, and/or trade) preferred.
• Great written and verbal communication skills required.
