Burton Mill Solutions has a new opportunity for a Warehouse Associate to join our team of dedicated employees in our brand-new state of the art facility located in Ridgefield, WA. Come and grow with us!

Responsibilities

• Perform various operations duties such as unloading, picking, packing, counting, and checking items to maintain inventory
• Operate hand trucks, forklifts, hoists, motorized conveyors, or other material handling equipment according to safety policies and procedures
• View or input information into a warehouse management system (WMS), enterprise resource system (ERP), or other database
• Physically pull products for sales orders, package them and arrange for shipment of outbound orders

Minimum Qualifications & Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Proven interpersonal and communication skills
• Must be self-directed/motivated and able to multi-task
• Exceptional Listening Skills
• Attention to detail
• High sense of urgency
