Warehouse Production Associate

Riverside Logistics is looking to hire a full-time Warehouse Production Associate to help us complete the assembly of prepared medical surgical trays by adding parts according to specific instructions, procedures and guidelines prepared by customers. This Assembly Associate position pays $15/hr but can be more depending on experience. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A WAREHOUSE PRODUCTION ASSOCIATE

• Stages incoming parts in accordance with customer order.
• Combines parts in accordance with customer instructions and procedures.
• Packages completed assembly in accordance with customer specifications.
• Places completed assembly on pallet in staging area for shipment.
• Obtains required authorization to work in a sterile environment through completion of in house training based on customer specifications.
• Labels product in accordance with customer specifications.
• Places major emphasis on accuracy and productivity in a detail oriented environment.
• Informs supervisor of known discrepancies, issues, and/or problems.
• Recommends improvements to processes, procedures, practices, etc.
• Works in warehouse where temperature varies in accordance with outside temperature.
• Stands at work bench/table for periods up to 3 hours at a time.
• Lifts on a regular and repetitive basis packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Maintains work area in a neat and safe manner at all times.
• Maintains excellent attendance to ensure duties are performed.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be able to follow verbal and written instruction in English.
• Must be able to work with a minimum of supervision.

Full-time schedule - Work schedules within 7 :30 AM - 4 PM or until work is completed.
