The Warehouse Associate performs the physical or administrative tasks involved in shipping, receiving, order fulfillment, storing and distributing of materials, parts, supplies and equipment, and supporting logistics areas. This may include receiving and verifying in-coming materials and supplies, preparing bills of lading and shipping manifests, routing shipments appropriately, moving material within the warehouse, distribution and production facilities, filling customers’ orders and preparing orders appropriately.

This is a 1st shift position working Monday through Friday 5:30am-2pm with voluntary overtime. These roles have the potential to convert to full-time positions.

The opportunity:

• Pack, ship, receive and maintain inventory of product/raw material, and fulfill customer orders. Examines, stocks, and distributes materials in inventory

• Perform administrative tasks related to products/materials such as coordinating shipments, preparing, reviewing, filling and maintaining customer orders, preparing shipping and receiving documents, and utilizing database to enter and maintain information related to products/material

• Identify issues involving logistics, customer orders, shipping and/or receiving areas

• May operate machinery, including a forklift

• Maintaining and continuously improving the quality system and achieving quality objectives through daily actions

Who you are:

• High School Diploma or equivalency

• Basic computer skills with competency using standard software Packages (Word, Excel)

• Able to lift up to 50 pounds

• Be able to perform basic math calculations

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team environment

• Thorough understanding of appropriate safety procedures.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
