Summary
Provides administrative and/or clerical support generally to specific department. Works under moderate supervision. May seek the advice of more advanced staff.
Principal and Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Verify production schedule and develop understanding of materials/ingredients with various products. Schedule deliveries of supplies with vendors with follow up to insure timely delivery.
- Supply production with all necessary materials. Enter issues and returns
- Run necessary reports, and after review with manager place purchase orders
- Perform daily inventories of the warehouse and spice room
- Oversee accurate printing of labels
- Submit accurate and complete paperwork on a daily basis.
- Maintain accurate receiving records for audits and recalls.
- Other duties assigned by Management
Minimum Education
The minimum Formal Education preferred to be considered for this position is (indicated level and years of education and, if a degree is required, the major): High School Diploma or equivalent. Strong communication, reading, writing, and mathematical skills required. Strong English skills to communication with vendors
Experience Requirements
2 -4 years related experience. Knowledge of standard software applications, such as Microsoft Office. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Computer Literate. Must have valid driver license. Demonstrates Microsoft Excel proficiency. Must have excellent attendance record. 1-year clerical and inventory handling experience.

Environmental Factors and Physical Requirements
The environmental factors and/or physical requirements of this position include the following: Must be able to dispense corrosive chemicals using the appropriate protective equipment, i.e., dust mask, face-shield goggles, rubber apron, gloves and rubber boots. Must be able to lift up to 60lbs without assistance. Work in seasonal temperatures.
