We are looking for a capable Warehouse Lead who can assist in ensuring that all warehouse policies and procedures are properly adhered to and that we are achieving our product distribution goals. Our Warehouse Lead will ensure that all employees are working efficiently and safely, monitor inventory levels, and make sure that products are handled properly throughout the shipping process. This role applies to those with excellent communication skills, leadership capabilities, and strong attention to detail. Responsibilities and Essential Functions:

• Assist Warehouse Supervisor with development, implementation and maintenance of policies and procedures
• Verify required inbound/outbound paperwork with drivers
• Ensure that all product is properly counted, accurate and free of damage and errors.
• Ensure the efficient and safe operation of all materials handling equipment.
• Manage employee productivity (assist with new hire training, cross-training, task assignment, etc...)
• Maintain a clean, neat and orderly work area
• Perform other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• High School Diploma or equivalent (Required)
• At least 2-3 years of Experience in similar position (i.e. Lead or Coordinator Roles)
• Excellent Written and Verbal Communication skills
• Forklift certified (Required)
• Experience operating/handling equipment and tools

Working Conditions:

• Frequent exposure to all outdoor weather conditions
• Frequent bending, kneeling, squatting, climbing, pushing/pulling, and manipulation of tools/objects
• Frequent lifting up to 50lbs

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
