Job Title: Warehouse and Operations Manager

Location: [Dalton ], [GA]

Syler Group LLC is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Warehouse and Operations Manager to join our team. As a rapidly expanding building-as-a-service provider in the flooring industry, we are looking for a talented individual to help manage our warehouse and streamline our operations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, including inventory management, receiving and shipping, and order fulfillment
• Develop and implement efficient processes and procedures to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to our customers
• Oversee the scheduling and supervision of warehouse staff, including training, performance evaluation, and disciplinary actions
• Collaborate with other departments, including sales and manufacturing, to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
• Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and track product movement to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Monitor and maintain safety and security protocols to ensure a safe work environment for all employees
• Continuously seek out and implement ways to improve warehouse and operations efficiency, including the use of technology and automation tools

Requirements:

At least 5 years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting

Proven track record of managing warehouse operations and developing process improvements

Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team

Excellent organizational and analytical skills, with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Familiarity with warehouse management software and inventory management systems as well as Microsoft software and Logistics platforms.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
