New Leaf Services is currently hiring for full-time, new OR experienced Warehouse Operators (Quality Inspectors) who are interested in starting IMMEDIATELY at our large warehouse & manufacturing location in CULLMAN, AL!

No experience? No problem! We will train you!
Full-time, and overtime positions available!

✅BONUSES:
- $500 Incentive bonus (Pays $250 after 5 weeks of employment and the other $250 after 10 weeks of employment. Must be working at least 35 hours per week to be eligible for bonus.)
- Receive a $100 referral bonus for each friend/family member you bring on with you!

✅Shifts & Pay:
- 1st Shift Available: Mon-Thur (6am-6pm)
- 2nd Shift Available: Fri-Mon (6am-6pm)
- Pay starts at $16/hour!
- Plenty of overtime opportunities available!

✅Work Environment & Demands:
- Performs various sorting, inspection, production, and data entry
- Reads and follows work instructions, work rules and directions
- Maintains organization and cleanliness of work area
- Uses inspection, measuring and test equipment as required
- Completes required training classes
- Follows all employee policies and other duties as assigned

- Flexibility and adaptability
- Positive attitude and self-motivated
- Detail orientated
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must complete and pass a background check (Violent & sexual felonies, everything else OK) and drug screen (EXCLUDING THC).
