American Bolt Corporation in New Berlin, WI is looking for an Kit Room Coordinator to join our team. This individual is a working lead for our Kit Room activities, overseeing 3 employees. This Kit Room Coordinator position offers a competitive starting hourly wage of $19.50-$22.00/hour. We provide great benefits, including medical, dental, vision, 401k, personal time off, vacation time, paid holidays and more.

WORK SCHEDULE

7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Monday through Friday

AS A KIT ROOM COORDINATOR, YOU WILL

• Prioritize and execute all kitting activities.
• Practice and be accountable for employees in the Kit Room working safely.
• Manage Kit Room processes.
• Communicate clearly and often to department personnel, and Sales.

WHO YOU ARE

You are experienced in a warehouse and are excited for a lead role. You believe that organization is a key to success and order. You are comfortable communicating clearly to all levels within the organization and you have the people skills to run the Kitting department. You have a focus on inventory accuracy and quality. You are familiar with and can work easily in the Microsoft Office/365 suite.

QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-3 years of warehouse or kitting experience.
• Preferred experience supervising or training employees.
• Basic knowledge and use of Microsoft Office/365 and other computer experience.
