We have locations in Ohio and Michigan to serve our customers, providing value in the sale and service of Ford, Freightliner, Western Star, Hino, Isuzu, and Crane Carrier trucks. We believe in long-lasting customer relationships that have enabled us to serve our markets for over 50 years. We are searching for an Online Sales / Parts Warehouse Assistant to join our team at our Cleveland store. The successful candidate will be a safe driver with a good driving record, strong communication skills, and a great attitude and willingness to learn.

Essential Duties:

• Stock check-in, pull orders, make deliveries, and pick-ups.
• Dispatch parts delivery drivers for efficient and timely delivery of parts to our customers.
• Maintain physical inventory accuracy and organization.
• Keep the warehouse neat and orderly.
• Frequent lifting and handling of truck parts will be required.
• Actively promote service and parts sales.
• Communicate parts orders and delivery to counter sales.
• Keep up to date with new products, competition and pricing trends.
• Promotes the sales of parts and accessories and is an advisor to wholesale or retail customers.
• Follows up on and confirms customer requirements and orders to ensure satisfaction.
• Completes necessary paperwork for processing warranty claims, as required.
• Reviews special orders and pricing with manager for approvals.
• Effectively and efficiently manages required reports and paperwork.
• Actively identify and develop new customer contacts to expand market share.
• Assist customers in solving problems and provide technical support.
• Act as a liaison between the customer and company as needed to ensure that the customer needs are adequately met.
