Job description
ITA is seeking a Weapons and Tactics Analyst to join the team at Eglin Air Force Base in Florida.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, execute, and manage mission data reprogramming working groups (MDRWGs).
- Provide subject matter expertise on current operational plans (OPLANs) to wing members.
- Obtain/provide current Combatant Command priorities to the wing and its subordinate groups and squadrons.
- Serve as a focal point for SWW integration into USAF test enterprises and exercises.
- Serve as a focal point for ACC, SPO, and Warfighter integration into Spectrum Warfare.
- Provides support for the group to utilize LOGCOP ARENA Modules to improve unit performance.
- Evaluating all assigned duties for applicability to LOGCOP integration and extension of 350 SWW operationalized data picture and integrate data metrics from all applicable assigned duties into 350 SWW operationalized data picture.
- Visit major Areas of Responsibility quarterly.
- Travel required.
Qualifications:
- Must be a self-starter who is willing and able to work in a team environment.
- Must be detail oriented and a critical thinker.
- Must have strong communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills. Must be able to accomplish assignments/tasks with minimal supervision.
- Must have strong Microsoft office computer skills, especially in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access.
- US Air Force Weapons School or Navy Top Gun graduate highly desired but NOT required.
- SAP/SCI experience highly desired.
- Prior military instructor duty assignment.
- Knowledge of 350 SWW programs and mission.
