Are you passionate about health and wellness? Do you have excellent customer service skills and enjoy working with people? Our Osteostrong wellness center is looking for a dynamic, motivated, customer-focused part-time Wellness Coach to join our team.

A successful candidate will play a vital role in providing our members the best experience possible. You will greet and lead members through sessions. Additionally, you will be responsible for scheduling appointments and providing exceptional customer service to all members and potential clients. This is a part-time position that requires availability on Saturdays.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting sessions with members and guiding them through the Osteostrong program
• Scheduling appointments for members and maintaining accurate records of member attendance and progress
• Providing excellent customer service to all members and potential clients
• Performing administrative duties, such as answering phones, responding to emails, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work on Saturdays
• Experience in healthcare or fitness centers a plus
