Role Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound calls from customers regarding Verizon's product and service offerings
• Create tailored solutions based on the customers' needs
• Verizon brand ambassador; reinforcing the value of being a part of Verizon vs. other carriers
• Schedule and coordinate appointments on behalf of customers with our national retail stores
• Leverage available tools and resources to maximize performance and customer experience
• Live by our Victra core values and ethical standards
• Adhere to Victra's secure workspace requirements

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma (GEDs will be accepted)
• 12+ months customer service experience.
• 6+ months experience working in a commission-based role
• Proficient with computers
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Business Casual Dress Code
• Pass background check

Preferred Qualifications:

• Undergraduate or some college
• Bi-Lingual

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
