Universal Consulting Services, UCS, has an opportunity for a Management (Data) Analyst I to join a fast-paced and exciting work environment. The person in this role will support the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Port Hueneme Division (NSWC PHD) Human Resources Department.
In this position, the Management Analyst I will support the Workforce Development Branch with the following:

Provide support/assume responsibilities for Office of Workforce Development programs such as the command’s mentoring program and workforce application process for external leadership programs, to include maintaining various sites on the portal.
Conduct research for programs and opportunities available for further development of leadership training opportunities for the general workforce.
Assist with various aspects of leadership training classes in support of the Leadership and Command Interest Program Managers.
Process submitted Authorization, Agreement, and Certification of Training form (SF-182).

Develop and maintain various metrics.
Perform needs assessments

Create documents such as SOPs and Statements of Work.
- Must be a US Citizen with an Active Secret security clearance or ability to obtain a Secret Clearance
- Minimum 2 years experience
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Office products and Adobe
- Proven track record with strong written and oral communication, analytical skills, data visualization skills, and presentation skills
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong interpersonal skills, self-motivated, and a demonstrated ability to multi-task and work independently or in a team
- Desire and ability to work and learn
- Disciplined to work onsite or via telework
Preferred:
- Knowledge of and experience with Waypoints and MS Teams
