• $500 SIGN-ON BONUS!*
• Inspiring Lives in Fayette, Iowa is seeking caring professionals to join our team as casual status Fill-ins! Very flexible scheduling - pick up open shifts that work within your own busy schedule. Must work at least one 8-hour shift per month.
• Wages from $18.50/hour + credit for any previous experience! +$2.00 for bachelors in Human Services, Psychology, Criminology, or related degree. +$1.00/hr during weekends. +$0.50/hr after 6pm. +$0.25/hr after successful 90-day probationary period. +$1.50/hr if CMA certified.
• As a support professional on our team, you would provide direct care for deserving individuals. You will help the clients to help themselves by providing various services that are client-focused and client-driven. Our staff provide empathy and respect to individuals while working in a team dynamic to ensure the best possible care. Assisting the clients to make progress towards their overall goal is the ultimate reward! Training is provided.
• Applicants must pass a background check, physical, TB screening, & drug test.

*Sign-on bonuses are paid out in $125 increments every 90-days - up to $500.
