We are looking for an Account Executive (Financial Services) person who will act as a knowledge hub and will be managing Workiz’s financial services for our current and new customers. This position will be involved in the sales cycle and will support customers in their onboarding process of the Workiz’s financial service.
So, what will you be doing all day?
- The Account Executive (Financial Services) will be responsible for selling Workiz's financial services to both existing and new customers
- They will be involved in the entire sales cycle from the initial sales call all the way to adoption and retention
- The Account Executive (Financial Services) will support the customers in their onboarding process of the financial services
- As part of their role, the Account Executive (Payments) will act as a knowledge hub and as an advocate Workiz's various financial services
- The Account Executive (Payments) will work close with internal teams like Sales, Customer Service, and Onboarding to support the client relationship and meet their financial servicing needs
Requirements:
Ideally, we’re looking for
- 2+ years experience in a sales position or related field
- Strong communication skills written/verbal; ability to establish rapport with customers at different levels, solely over email and via phone interactions
- Ability to multitask - manage a large number of customers
- Excellent creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills
- Strong work ethic, ability to adapt to rapidly changing environments
- Ability to collaborate with the sales Account Executives on pre-sale enrollments
- Understands how to leverage value based selling
These would also be nice:
- Experience with HubSpot or other CRM software
- Experience working with SMBs
- Experience working with FinTech solutions (especially in field or retail industries)

Compensation
- Market-level compensation based on experience ($90,000-$100,000)
