Job description
Job Title: Account Manager
Location : Milpitas, CA
Responsibilities:
- Assume a leadership role for major strategic account in Consumer Electronics industry including all aspects of relationship management, profit, and revenue growth
- Be the company’s face to the customer. Nurture existing relationships through active engagements and supports
- Lead negotiations with customer on pricing, high impact claims, and other areas that affect our business model
- Regularly interact with executives of major customers division(s), involving customer negotiations or influencing and persuading other senior level managers. Coordinate regular business reviews
- Facilitate communication between customer and factories. Drive action items to closure and respond back to customer
- Responsible for all aspects of the business from RFx for NPI programs, NPI development, Ramp, MP, and EOL
- Provide project status updates to executive team and drive timely completion of tasks
- Provide technical and administrative services information, demonstrations, and quotes.
- Manage and support prospect tracking and sales and commercial forecasting
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- Account Management or Business Development experience
- Experience in Component/ FATP/ Module/ Hardware development
- Effective client-minded communication, including strong presentational skills
- Experience working with vast remote cross-functional teams in large matrix organizations
- A proven track record as a problem solver and self-starter
- Strong project manager with excellent ability to prioritize, multi-task and organize
- Detail-oriented and experienced in quotation management
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills. English/Chinese bilingual is required
- Targeted background in Tier 1 OEM Customers.
- CM background
- Able to travel 25% of the time globally
- Can legally work in US without sponsorship
Additional Requirements:
- Travel to meet customers on-site and the company’s factories, including international and domestic destinations
- Technical degree preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
