SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage daily client interactions
- Accomplish financial objectives by forecasting requirements
- Actively participate in sales, account development, and client prospecting to increase billable hours
- Maintain a continuous plan of action to improve operational goals
- Establish and maintain an effective “touch system” with clients
- Provide leadership: encourage and facilitate cooperation, pride, trust, and department identity. Foster commitment, and lead through example and sharing of knowledge or skills.
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum of 3-5 years verifiable experience in staffing, recruiting, business development, or similar industry/position
- Excellent time management, presentation, recruitment, sales, and strategic thinking skills
- Ability to multi-task and give close attention to detail
- Fully proficient in software applications including Excel, Word, and ATS systems
- Outstanding verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skills
