Great Opportunity for an Accounting Clerk / Salary $20-$25/hour in Santa Fe Springs.
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
· Process daily financial accounting postings and document management
· Process payments and expenses by receiving, processing, and verifying invoices
· Assist with AR and billing
· Voucher invoices to accounts journal
· Process weekly check payments
· Work Vendors to resolve billing issues
· Process payment requests
· Review invoices for approval prior to payment·
· Other duties as assigned
Qualification
· Education: High School or GED
· Experience: 3 years of accounting experience
· Strong Excel, Word, and Outlook skills
· Good communication and Team Player
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
