Roles & Responsibilities include (but not limited to):

As the Accounts Payable Processor, the ideal candidate will perform accounting duties related to the efficiency, maintenance, and processing of Accounts Payable transactions. The Accounts Payable Processor processes all invoices received for payment in an efficient and timely manner. The Accounts Payable Processor assists clients with any issues, concerns, or information regarding their accounts or any business that comes through the Accounts Payable Department while upholding and maintaining the highest standard for our world-famous customer service. The Accounts Payable Processor learns and works closely with the AP Representative and gradually take on more clients as they work through their training.

  • Performs heavy data entry into Salesforce system, such as processed payments or client contacts
  • Identifies client need, willing to research issues, and provide clarification to any problems brought to their attention
  • Sort through invoices received from the Logistics department for processing
  • Creates shipping labels using USPS, UPS, or FedEx system; create labels using USPS/UPS/FedEx system; sort checks and prepare
  • Tasked with generating reports and statements for clients
  • Process utility, mortgage, HOA dues, legal fees, contractor bills via checks, wire ACH or cashier’s check
  • Train and become familiar with distributions, ROTH conversions, and Expense Pay
  • Performs other job-related duties as required

Education & Experience

  • High School Diploma is required
  • A minimum of 6 months to 1 year of directly job-related experience is recommended
  • Previous Accounts Payable Processor experience in a financial institution

  • Solid understanding of invoice processing
  • Data entry skills
  • High Level customer service experience
  • Time management skills with the ability to organize and prioritize
  • Must be able to work well in a team environment
  • Willingness to grow and accept new challenges
  • Detail-oriented
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to problem solve
  • Salesforce knowledge/experience preferred
  • Must be adaptable
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Type minimum 55-60 WPM
    • Typing Test
