Title: Accounts Payable Specialist

Location: 7701 Legacy Dr, Plano, TX, USA, 75024

Pay rate: $32/HR on W2

Duration of the contract: 5 months

Summary: Hypercare support for SAP implementation for multiple Go-Lives including financials, accounts payables, account receivable, supply chain, master data and order management. Support for trouble shooting and analytics.

Responsibilities:

• Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payables with extensive research
• Collection efforts on past due invoices & reason codes.
• Monitor and analyze past due aging dashboards.
• Update templates for upload to customer portals for payment
• Review customer websites for documentation needed.
• Resolve customer request for ticket copies.
• Understanding of overall A/R and A/P workflow and systems.
• Proven history of being a self-starter, adaptable to learning new systems and tools
• Highly analytical, ability to source and organize data for research and evaluation
• Advanced in the use of Microsoft Excel and proficient use of other Microsoft Office applications.

Skills/Qualifications:

• SAP knowledge or experience is preferred.
• Excel skills are preferred.
• 2-3 Years Accounts Payable Experience required

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Salary: $30.00 - $32.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

• Plano, TX 75024: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Accounts payable: 3 years (Preferred)
• SAP: 2 years (Preferred)
