Froedtert South is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to assist one of our Vice Presidents offices running smoothly and efficiently. This is a great opportunity to assist our growing system with diverse projects and provide general administrative support.

Key duties include organizing meetings for Administrators, greeting office visitors and composing documents and monthly/quarterly reports on behalf of the department. This position would be responsible for supporting a Vice President to stay organized and complete tasks that allow them to focus on more advanced responsibilities.

The administrative assistant will answer phones, take prompt, detail-oriented phone messages, schedule appointments and maintain calendars. Mail collection and distribution will be completed daily.

An administrative assistant helps with the composure of memos, e-mails, the preparation of invoices and budget, as well as any other needed correspondence.

The ideal candidate will be organized, maintain a neat and tidy workspace, can multi-task, develop and maintain a filing system, has a strong attention to detail and enjoy problem solving, order department supplies, and act as a key contact for their Vice President.
