Administrative Assistant
Job/Position Title: Administrative Assistant
Location: ProfitPro Headquarters, Albert Lea, MN
Report To: Dr. Jim Ladlie, President
Description and Responsibilities: Full-time position with hourly wages
Specific Tasks:
- Assist the President with email correspondence
- Perform administrative functions as directed by the President (internet searches, customer treatment plans, etc.)
- General office and sales support to all departments within the company as needed
- General support to all sales personnel as needed
- Assist Graphic Design with mass mailings (familiar with mail merge using Microsoft Word) and other general functions as needed
- Assist with educational events; keep track of attendee list, help organize, etc.
- Coordinate and facilitate organic certification requests
- Coordination of product labels, registration and SDS
- Maintain the company calendar
- Order and keep office supplies stocked
- Answer phone calls
Specific Requirements Include:
- Maintain discretion when dealing with sensitive and confidential information
- Proficient with Microsoft Suite
- Familiar with Adobe Creative Suite
- Exhibit excellent communication skills
- Organized
- Detail oriented
- Ability to multi-task and work efficiently with multiple projects
- Must be able to work well in a busy office
Compensation: Position is hourly based

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
