Wallace Collision Center in Bristol is searching for a full time receptionist. The successful candidate will be proficient in fielding incoming phone calls while also making assigned outbound calls as assigned by Management. Computer proficiency, reliable attendance, and a personable demeanor are a must. The Receptionist will work 8:00AM - 5:00PM Monday through Friday. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

- Answering dealership wide inbound calls and routing to the correct person/department

- Making outbound phone calls to update customers as to the status of their vehicle

- Scheduling inbound service calls

- Collecting customer payments
- Use estimating software and management software as required

- Inputting inbound sales calls into our CRM

- Making outbound customer satisfaction calls

- Making outbound service reminder/recall notification calls

- Filing

- Assisting the accounting department in monthly reconciliations

- Assisting sales/service during special events as needed
