- Routine maintenance functions; electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, painting
- Completing service requests
- Refurbishing vacancies (turnovers)
- Grounds maintenance
- Maintain a good attitude towards job performance, personnel and residents
- On-Call rotation required, we pay mileage!
- Physically able to lift (50 lbs), bend climb and reach
- Valid State Driver’s License and access to a vehicle
