Apartment Porter
$15-$16/hour, bonus opportunities and benefits, plus a $700 sign on bonus.

We are hiring a Porter for The Dorchester Apartments in Southampton, PA.
Role & Responsibilities
As the Porter your responsibilities will include:
- General cleaning of Interior and exterior apartment buildings, grounds, amenities, and leasing offices
- Assist with turnover cleaning as needed.
- Assist with light maintenance tasks such as bulb replacements, lighting Inspections, etc.
- Participate in snow removal efforts.
