Qualifications & Responsibilities

• Self-aware leader with proven experience managing a team of ten or more employees

• Ability to conduct interviewing, hiring, training, counseling, developing and termination of teammates

• Performance management including coaching, setting expectations, writing, and delivering performance reviews, managing disciplinary actions, conducting investigations, and holding teammates accountable for results

• Clear communicator of ideas, concepts, and initiatives including the ability to take data and translate into action

• Demonstrated experience managing a P&L

• Ability to work with hands overhead, stand for long periods, and lift 50 lbs.; frequent reaching, bending, twisting, pulling, and pushing

• Oversee and optimize daily operations at all sites to ensure efficiency

• Organize and lead weekly meetings with all store managers, quarterly reviews, and annual reviews

• Create a high-performance culture by setting clear expectations, analyzing performance, and giving appropriate and prompt feedback, including actively managing all performance

• Train, develop and lead Store Managers and Manager trainees on store operations, sales, product knowledge, and service techniques

• Manage budget to maximize performance potential of the area; develop action plans to address shortcomings as needed

• Conduct and document store visits cadence which includes tracking action items and communicating follow-up expectations to the Store Managers in your area
