Position Title
Remanufacturing Technician

Monday - Friday, 6 AM - 2:30 PM

Reports to

Production Supervisor

Essential Functions

• Teardown, washing, and assembly of parts
• Identify serviceable vs. non serviceable parts
• Operation of semi-automatic equipment i.e. pedestal buffers, hand buffers, wash machines, ultra-sonic washers
• Handle parts, tools in a safe manner
• Proper use of power and manual tools. i.e. impact wrenches, drills, EZ Outs, handtools
• Understand and comply with all quality and safety rules, guidelines, policies and procedures

Technical Capacity

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with assistance.
• Good mechanical skills
• Knowledge of shop use of measuring devices.
• Ability to complete disassembly process without destroying parts.
• Communication Proficiency

• Time Management

Supervisory Responsibility
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Work Environment:

The employee will be exposed to shop floor conditions, i.e. noise, heat, cold, dust/dirt etc. The employee is regularly required to stand, walk, sit, use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools and reach with hands and arms. The employee must occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds.

Preferred Education and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of related experience
