Job Summary
We are looking for an organized, resourceful, collaborative, and professional individual to support our health care research client NIH All of Us Research Program.
The ideal candidate must have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, outstanding communicator, internal/external relationship-building ability, and a desire to learn and grow within account management’s fast-paced environment while balancing multiple responsibilities with ever-changing priorities.
The position provides tactical support to the account team. You will apply your creative/production knowledge when intaking and reviewing client advertising requests, naming requests accurately, and disseminating requests to the appropriate account manager. Additionally, you will schedule internal/external meetings and record meeting minutes. Take initiative in follow-through on account team action items, including administrative support related to all client reporting and other assigned office duties, as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in following up and completing client deliverables.
- Perform initial setup and review creative requests submitted via Wrike Project Management System.
- Ensure requests are accurate, follow NIH protocols, and adhere to brand style.
- Facilitate internal/external communications as directed by the account team regarding production timelines. Develop and maintain weekly project reports to January 5, 2023 monitor progress, track deadlines, and proactively coordinate the next steps with the project management team.
- Reviews client deliverables to ensure accuracy.
- File all client deliverables on internal and client drives.
- Prepare reports for client touch base calls outlining project timelines and statuses.
- Continue to strengthen writing skills and familiarity with creative briefs, presentations, and proposal development.
- Researches and compiles information for projects and presentations.
- Continues to build account management skills by shadowing senior account team members, asking questions, and taking on smaller creative development and production projects with supervision.
- Gains a thorough understanding of the agency, its structure, and its functions
- Fosters further understanding of the client’s business.
- Participates in creative ideation sessions and other planning meetings.
- Supports the development of account onboarding material/templates and keeps them up to date.
- Willingness to take on new challenges and ownership as deemed by supervisor.
Job Requirements
- BA or BS degree preferred
- 1-2 years of creative advertising/marketing aqency experience in an account management role preferred
- Coordinator and/or Assistant Account Executive role
- Must be energetic and proactive, someone who welcomes a challenge and can work in a fast-moving, quick-response, demanding, flexible environment with limited day-to-day supervision.
- Must be well organized, detail-oriented, multitask, manage ever-changing deadlines, and able to work under pressure; true team player with a can-do attitude.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Communicate issues promptly and provides solutions.
- Curious by nature and an avid learner that quickly masters new tasks.
- Willingness to take on new challenges and ownership.
- Dependable and trusted team member with the innate ability to take the initiative and not wait to be asked to initiate/complete task objectives.
- Resourceful and professional. This position requires the strictest confidentiality due to frequent coordination with clients.
- Strong skill set in Excel required, Microsoft Office Suite, Google web applications, and Acrobat Pro DC.
Salary range: $21-$27 per hour.
