Job Description

Check for work assignments.

Performs any or all of the duties as assigned

Adheres to policies and procedures for each tasks.

Setup assigned country kitchen units with necessary food item (i.e. cold sandwiches, dessert, beverages).

Prepare food trays and serve in the country kitchens for resident meal times.

Pick up trays delivered to residents rooms; clean assigned country kitchen.

Return to kitchen after serving residents and clean used flatware and silverware through dish machine.

Participate in P. I. and In-Service training.

Perform other related task as assigned.

Performance Requirements

Responsible for the sanitary and safe handling of food and equipment. Must adhere to meal time and schedule.

Physical Demands

Extensively stands and walks most of the day. Stoops, reaches, lift carriers, pulls, pushes. Handles utensils with speed and dexterity.

Minimum Qualifications

Ability to read and write English and to understand and carry out simple instructions.
