Job Summary
The Assistant Community Manager is responsible for achieving the highest possible property net operating income through implementation of effective cost control and revenue improvement programs.
Specifically, the Assistant Community Manager will develop and implement marketing plans, operating budgets and forecasts to meet the company and owner's objectives. A minimum of two years prior experience in Property Management is preferred.
