Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for the safety, training, administration, sales, and profitability of the restaurant.
• Partner with the General Manager to achieve customer satisfaction through excellent execution of front of house and back of house functions, including managing staffing levels, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
• Coach and develop hourly managers and other employees to achieve their own success.
• Communicate regularly and openly with the owners and operators of the restaurant.
• Create and nurture lasting relationship within our community
