We are currently seeking an Assistant Manager with excellent supervisor and customer service skills to assist in leading a team in a fast-paced, high customer traffic environment!

What you will do:

• Assist Manager with running daily store operations
• Monitor wash quality, and maintain brand standards
• Lead a team to deliver excellent customer service
• Work with employees to create a positive environment that customers feel
• Train and support staff at varying levels of development
• Monitor location cleanliness for appeal to customers

How you will Shine:

• Successful track record of supervising a team or department
• Demonstrated ability to train and develop entry-level employees
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for building relationships with customers and community members
• High energy and interest in being active outdoors in varying temperatures and weather conditions for long periods of time
• Ability to work with software programs and applications, including Microsoft Office, our point-of-sale system, and more
