Key Requirements:
- Current NY State Nursing License
- BSN required or matriculated in a BSN program with planned graduation (as per hiring date criteria)
- BLS certification (through American Heart Association) required
- ACLS certification (through American Heart Association) preferred or required based on department
- Specialty certification or CNML (Certified Nurse Manager & Leader) preferred (within 3 years of hire)
- Minimum of 2 years relevant acute care experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
