We are looking for an experienced Assistant Property Manager to join the team at The Harrison at Braselton Apartments, a 248-unit Class A midrise apartment community located in the Buford area of North Atlanta. The community offers 9' Vaulted Ceilings, a State-of-the-Art Fitness Center and convenient access to I-85 and I-285. The ideal candidate has experience as an Assistant Manager in the multi-family industry on a conventional property, is strong with accounting and collections, multi-tasking, leasing experience, and possesses superior customer service and communication skills. Candidate is required to work two weekends per month (first weekend of the month is a must).
ASSISTANT MANAGER JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- 2 years’ experience as an Assistant Manager in Property Management
- Superior accounting experience with strong attention to detail
- Entrata and CRM experience required
- Strong with rent collections & delinquency
- Leasing experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task
- Professional, self-motivated with a positive attitude
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and customer service
- Self-starter, ability to work independently and provide assistance to Property Manager
