Who You Are:
As Nutrabolt's Associate Demand Planning, you will be responsible for supporting forecasting activities associated with our beverage product lines. You will input and maintain forecast models for beverage segments, as an output of monthly demand reviews and with approval and direction from Planning Lead. You will provide analytic and systematic support to the Planning Lead in all aspects of forecast creation, maintenance, new item set up, and product lifecycle management.
What You're Good At:
- Providing input to develop monthly demand forecasts (operational forecasts) at multiple levels of aggregation across a rolling 12-month horizon
- Reviewing historical sales trends, researching demand drivers, preparing forecast data, developing statistical forecast models, and evaluating forecast results
- Driving continuous improvement of forecasting process and the performance of the demand forecasting tools and systems by sharing ideas with Sr. demand planners and Supply Chain Planning leads
- Using and maintaining the Demand Planning software as the primary forecasting system tool
- Assisting demand planning teams during peak forecasting periods or be able to step in as backup demand planner when needed
- Helping prepare presentations in support of the monthly executive S&OP process
- Achieving KPI Goal deliverables
What You Contribute:
- BA/BS college degree with preferred major in Business/Supply Chain/Statistics/Finance
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (MS Excel, Access, PowerPoint); Tableau experience preferred
- Strong oral and written communication skills. Ability to convey information clearly and succinctly at a summary level
- Proven analytical ability combined with an attention to detail
- Aptitude to collaborate with cross functional teams in a complex matrix organization to promote productivity and enhance supply chain overall functions
