Job description

We are looking for a talented, trustworthy team player who has a passion for making delicious baked goods. The right candidate will have experience working with a variety of recipes, the ability to make quick decisions while facing unique challenges, and the skills and work ethic to help our company succeed. A successful Baker will have excellent communication skills, be detail oriented and hard working while keeping a positive attitude.

Responsibilities:

• Work a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Work nights and weekends.
• Have the ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Ensure the quality and consistency of baked goods.
• Ensure that proper health and safety protocols are followed in the bakery environment.
• Make decisions independently.
• Work as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $540.00 - $745.00 per week
