We are looking for an amazing Crew Member to join the team at our taproom! Someone who has passion for the craft beer industry and loves the retail environment. This person will be responsible for the day-to-day presentation and operation of the store space, food and beverage service, inventory of merchandise and accurate completion of sales for both retail and food and beverage goods.

Responsibilities

• Displaying and sharing a passion for Craft Beer and possessing full knowledge of Stone Brewing and its offerings to correctly answer customer questions.
• Handling the day-to-day presentation and upkeep of the Stone Tap Room; demonstrating a knowledge of ABC laws for legal sale of alcohol.
• Monitoring and observing guests’ dining experience and ensuring guests are satisfied with the food and service; responsibly serve alcohol.
• Stocking inventory of the Stone Tap Room Merchandise.
• Accurately operating POS system for sales of food, beer and merchandise.
• Responsible for leading brewery tours and educating customers on brewery process.
• Closing the Tap Room properly and following the closing checklist for all stations.
• Consistently maintaining all company and industry safety and sanitization practices and standards.
• Willing to be a valuable Team Stone contributor who will practice open and respectful communication while assisting with identifying and driving process improvements.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of related experience and/or training, preferably in a beverage or retail environment. Must have cash handling experience, preferably with a POS system.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. POS system experience is strongly preferred.
• Must possess a current RBS (Responsible Beverage Service) training certificate. Certified Beer Server or higher preferred.
• Must have reliable transportation as this role requires occasional travel to events and other Stone locations.
