KenCrest is seeking Behavior & Sexuality Consultants to offer clinical and educational strategies to individuals with intellectual disabilities and their staff/families. During the pandemic, services are provided remotely and where safe and appropriate in person. This position will be fully in-person in the homes, programs, and places of employment of the individuals when the pandemic ends.

Responsibilities include:

• Acting as a fee-for-service clinician to problem-solve an array of situations that one may encounter in the field
• Creating assessments and plans for behaviors and/or sexuality education strategies
• Offering face to face as well as email/phone support to the individuals with intellectual disabilities, autism, and mental health concerns as well as staff/families in the homes, places of employment, and out in the community
• Organizing a visitation schedule based on and tracking of units (time) within the individual’s service plan
• Completing yearly training for compliance

Qualifications-Consultants MUST have:

• Valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation
• Valid PA criminal background check, FBI fingerprinting background check, and child abuse clearances

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree with a concentration in social work, human sexuality, psychology, or other human service professions

• 2 years of experience with individuals with intellectual disabilities, autism, or mental health
• Flexible schedule to meet with individuals and teams as needed; exact times depend on each team
• Excellent organizational skills and time management techniques
• Excellent writing skills both for document development and setting a professional tone amongst team members
• Ability to convey, understand, and follow spoken and written instructions in English
• Professional liability insurance coverage required prior to hire date
• Trainings to start working in the field prior to starting the position
• Laptop with Microsoft Suite
• Work Location: On the road
