Job overview
The Bellperson greets guests, helps guest with luggage or other needs, parks cars, answers questions, and resolves guest requests in safe and efficient compliance with policies and procedures and federal, state and local regulations.
What you will be doing
- Greet guests as they come into the hotel and assist with loading/unloading their luggage in their guest room.
- Valet guest cars when needed.
- Answer inquiries about hotel services, in-house events, directions, local attractions, etc.
- Keep the lobby space tidy and ready for guests arrival.
- Perform special projects and other responsibilities as assigned. Participate in task forces and committees as requested.
Requirements
Education and Experience:
- High school education or related experience.
