(100% Remote / Part-Time) Payroll and Benefits Administrator ** $45.00 - $55.00 / Hourly Rate **

Weekly Working Hours

September - October: 10 - 20 Hours Per Week
November - May: 20 - 40 Hours Per Week

Apex Systems has an Immediate Need for a Part-Time (100% Remote) Payroll and Benefits Administrator ! This will be an estimated "6 Month "Contract" supporting one of our Largest Health Care Clients on the West Coast! Please see below for all details.

Contract Pay Rate: $45.00 - $55.00 / Hourly Rate ( Experience Dependent )

Schedule: Flexible

REQUIREMENTS

  • 3+ Years of Functional / Configuration Experience in Benefits Administration
  • UKG / Kronos / Ulti Pro Experience
  • Healthcare Project/Client Experience
  • Must be comfortable with the Working Hours Listed at the Top

Job Description:

  • In this Benefits Services Support role, you will have a proven track record of being client-focused, operationally excellent, and a critical thinker that loves to leverage data, problem solve, and maintain relationships to provide increasing value to our clients to achieve their business goals and objectives
  • Provide the first line of support for our customer base via email, phone and limited travel.
  • Quarter End, Year End, and Open Enrollment assistance and task execution
  • Be a fast learner ready to leverage our technology, tools, and best practices to support clients on our solution
  • Work closely with clients and partners to understand their needs and deliver projects on time while building a strong relationship for lasting success
  • Assist clients with case builds including benefits enrollment, carrier and payroll integrations and employee onboarding
