About the Position

Responsibilities:

• Process sales orders

• Maintain excellent relationships with existing customer

• Provide top-notch customer service, sales quotations, and timely follow-up and follow-through of customer orders to payment

• Solve customer problems and enhance customer satisfaction

• Find new customers through prospecting to expand the market, visit new and old customers, listen and understand customer needs, and generate new sales opportunities and customers

• Coordinate internal transactions to make them go smoothly

• Respond promptly to all leads

• Work directly with the owner and Senior Executives

Requirement:

• Fluent in English with superior written and oral communication skills

• Excellent sales and negotiation skills

• Two years or more of relevant sales experience is required, with experience in wholesale seafood preferred

• Comfortable with Microsoft Office and web technology, familiar with relevant apps, and possess good math skills required

• Must work at the office and business travel if needed

• Must be a proactive self-starter with a strong sense of responsibility, serious and meticulous, and able to withstand pressure

• Authorized to work in the United States

• Strong interpersonal skills, communication skills, and a good team player

• Have strong market acumen, planning, and execution capabilities

• Chinese or Spanish preferred

Education:

Bachelor's Degree or above

Job Type: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $2,500 per month plus commission

Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
