Traina Behavioral Consulting is a leading provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for children on the autism spectrum from birth to age 21. We have been providing services throughout the states of New Jersey and Pennsylvania since 2009.

BEHAVIOR SPECIALIST RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide BCBA supervision to behavioral therapists.
• Design ABA curriculum and behavior plans.
• Scheduled communication with parents and ABA treatment team.
• Coordinate with Clinical Director to maintain quality of cases.
• Offer suggestions of incorporating individualized goals into family’s daily routine.
• Provide parent and staff training.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.

REQUIREMENTS:

• BCBA certification
• Must be able to provide services in Mercer, NJ and/or Bucks County, PA
