We are an accounting firm who helps companies find truly skilled bookkeepers, accountants, and controllers.

It would be inaccurate to call us a recruiting firm because we are not representing any one company we are going to try to talk you into working for.

We consider it our job to identify the best accounting professionals out there and help them find great opportunities at the top of their salary range.

However, we have very high standards and that is why companies trust us to help them find the best people.

By the way, we get paid by the companies. This is free to you.

You don't have to apply to a bunch of positions and follow up and try to get something to come through. Many good companies will reach out to you with excellent opportunities.

You won't get stuck at the bottom of a pile of resumes. You will be identified as a top candidate simply by going through our process.

Here is how the process works. It takes about an hour total.

1. Apply to this posting. You must complete the two Indeed assessments and score highly proficient or expert on both. Anybody who doesn't score at that level will be automatically rejected. Also, anybody who doesn't complete the assessments will be automatically rejected.

2. We'll reach out to you with a questionnaire to fill out. You must fill out this questionnaire and return it to us within 24 hours. If you don't return it within 24 hours, your application will be rejected. The questionnaire has an additional skills test on it and a bunch of questions for you to fill out. We want to know your salary requirement (ask for the top end of your range please, that is what this is all about), whether you want to be onsite or remote, which software you are expert at, what job title you'd like, what industries you prefer, what you are looking for in your career, how far you are willing to commute, etc.

3. We'll call 3 references.

4. We'll do a live Zoom interview with you.

5. We'll do a background check.

Once all of that is complete, we'll start telling good companies about you and they will start reaching out to you for interviews.
