The Brand Ambassador reports directly to the Senior Marketing Manager, supporting our Nevada region. The Brand Ambassador is a customer-facing representative of our product and dispensary brands in Nevada including MPX, The Makery and Anthologie. This position will be responsible for engaging with the community to provide education and answer questions through in-store demos and events and communicating in-store promotions. Must have excellent time management skills and be willing to work some evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

The Brand Ambassador is responsible for the following:

• Responsible for representing our brands and products in community, retail and marketing events
• Become a brand expert, able to answer questions about product benefits and provide product knowledge
• Build brand awareness and loyalty by creating memorable patient/customer experiences
• Must set-up and breakdown tables, tents, swag items and marketing collateral in-store and other events
• Manage the distribution/inventory of marketing swag and collateral for events and giveaways
• Establish and maintain partnerships with local medical card certification centers and other community partners
• Manage and adhere to established schedules in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, while ensuring accuracy and follow through
• Partner with and maintain productive working relationships with the dispensary, wholesale and manufacturing teams
• Works productively with internal cross-functional teams as well as with external partners

Required Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience in a marketing, agency or promotional setting
• Experience in the cannabis industry
