Onebridge is a Consulting firm with an HQ in Indianapolis, and clients dispersed throughout the United States and beyond. We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Analyst to join one of our clients on a contract basis.

This is an on-site role located in Indianapolis, IN with some Hybrid flexibility. This position REQUIRES onsite work a few days per week.

Business Analyst | About You

As a Business Analyst, you are responsible for serving as a liaison between the customer community and the project team through clearly documented requirements. You are a master of requirements elicitation, using multiple methods and approaches. As an analytical thinker, you have a keen ability to assess information from multiple sources and translate it into applicable and operational requirements. You are a masterful communicator, who enjoys driving projects and teams forward.

Business Analyst | Day-to-Day

• Fine-tune and validate plans and articulate changes.
• Routinely create status reports and perform delivery risk identification and mitigation.
• Inform team members and key stakeholders of necessary business information to drive input and strategy consensus.
• Evaluate technologies and operational best practices.
• Communicate with stakeholders to ensure full awareness of activities, timelines, and actions required to ensure efficient control of project change.

Business Analyst | Skills & Experience

• 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a technical environment.
• Experience developing requirements in an Agile / Waterfall environment.
• Proven experience in eliciting requirements and testing.
• Solid experience in writing SQL queries.
• Experience with Process and Workflow design, information modeling, as well as understanding of how applications/systems are integrated with one another.
• Jira experience is helpful, but not required.
