Service BDC Representative

We are looking for an enthusiastic Service BDC representative to join our growing dealership's team. You will be responsible for coordinating all incoming requests made via telephone or online, searching for potential leads, booking appointments for service, and acting as a first point of contact for customers.

Top candidates will be professional and personable individuals, with a passion for great customer service.
Responsibilities:

• Answer all incoming phone calls and schedule service appointments.
• Making outbound call, generate service appointments and log all customer comments.
• Schedule follow-up contact if no appointment is made.
• Reschedule no-show customer appointments.
• Schedule future contact as needed.
• Generate emails according to a pre-determined timeline to automatically schedule follow-up reminders for next contact.
• Contact customers based on current marketing initiatives.
• Respond to customer website requests.
• Contact internet customers via email and phone to schedule a service appointment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $10.00 per hour
