The role you’ll contribute:
The Business Development Manager manages the development and implementation of policies, procedures and strategies for business development initiatives.
The value you’ll bring to the team:
- Collaborates with appropriate departments to develop effective marketing/business development plans. Markets
- Develops annual marketing/business development plan and budget
- Projects budgetary needs and monitors expenditures. Leads the collection, analysis, documentation and coordination of
- Trains, coaches, and evaluates associates on performance expectations
- Establishes and maintains relationships with stakeholders and business partners to provide solutions
- Performs other duties as assigned
The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management or a related field required
- Three years of technical experience required
- Two years of leadership/management experience required
- Master's degree in a related field or combination of Bachelor's degree and related experience preferred
- Five years of technical experience preferred
- Three years of leadership/management experience preferred
