Level: Middle to Senior (at least 5 years of experience with Java is required)

- Contract period: One Year

- Work Location: Ridgefield Park, NJ

- Korean/English bilingual Required

Responsibilities:

• Leads requirements gathering sessions, proactively drawing out requirements from stakeholders

• Will help lead or assist in conducting requirements sessions with end users and central operations

• Documenting, designing and testing system implementations and launch support of solutions in J2EE web application environment with given period (1 to 2 months)

• Performs gap analysis to identify opportunities for process improvement or management control of work flow

• Creates requirements definition documentation, including use cases, and functional specifications to capture business needs and for validation with the customer and shared with project stakeholders

• Creates workflow diagrams to document current and future business environment

• Identifies and resolves problems which may impact projects by monitoring progress and project status. Escalates important issues to the attention of Management so that decisions can be made promptly.

• Communicates in written, oral, and presentation formats to best represent and express user and organizational requirements to audiences up to mid-level management.

• Manage timelines and customer expectations

• Application system maintenance and server-side design and programming work

• Angular user interface and application module development

• Work with different build tools such as Maven/Ant, source control (SVN), and Eclipse development tool

• Algorithm testing
• Web Application implementation by using Spring framework, myBatise, and jQuery

• Work with multiple O/S (Window/Linux server platforms)

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Exceptional communication skills – written, presentation skills, etc.

• Cover the entire development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and brainstorming, analysis, coding, testing and documentation.

• Managing internal tasks/project schedule and report to relevant member

• Thorough understanding of the AGILE development lifecycle

• Ability to conceptualize current requirements against future plans

• Strong problem-finding skills with quick adaptation to existing application for business functions and technical structural layout

• 5+ years Java/J2EE experience

• Must have an experience in Servlets, JSP, Spring, Hibernate, WebLogic /Tomcat
• Must have web UI side technical skills: Angular5, Bootstrap, JQuery, HTML/CSS, Ajax, JSON, Java script
• Must have server side technical skills: Required Strong SQL skills (Oracle and MSSQL), Spring MVC, Spring Boot and Spring Batch Framework, myBatis, Java/J2EE
• Ability to multi-task and deliver high quality work under tight deadlines is essential.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $94,500.00 - $108,000.00 per year
