• Work on the moderately complex business and technical problems, analyzing and evaluating current business methods and procedures for improvement

• Design and implement new methods, procedures, and systems (both automated and manual) to improve the productivity, processing, and flow of data to our MarTech solutions
• Understands and documents data definition, data flows
• Participates in project teams by leading requirements, design, and testing efforts
• Using understanding of business scenarios and systems, develops test plans and facilitates end-to-end system and user acceptance testing across multiple teams
• Resolves project issues; recommends actions

• Manages and communicates project and support activities
• Provides references for users by writing and maintaining user documentation; provides help desk support; trains users

• 3+ years of experience with website optimization solutions. Adobe Target preferred

• Experience with digital analytics solutions. Adobe Analytics preferred
• Experience investigating data anomalies by working with cross functional teams
• Strong technical skills - don't have to be an engineer but can navigate APIs, databases, and system architecture
• Great stakeholder management and collaboration with product managers, data, and marketing professionals

The annual base salary range is $70,000-90,000 This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. Salary will be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
